TradeApprove respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
From business users: Name, email, phone number, business name, ABN, business address, account credentials, and payment information (processed by Stripe).
From customers receiving variations: Name, email, phone number (provided by the business user), and IP address, user agent, and timestamp when approving or declining.
To provide and improve the Service, send variation approvals via SMS and email, process payments, generate evidence records, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We share data with: Supabase (database, Sydney), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email). We do not sell your information.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for marketing, or make a privacy complaint. Contact us at privacy@trade-approve.com.
Account and variation data is retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation.
If unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
